The architectural development formed by 16 apartments of 2 types is characterized by abundant vegetation and a central pool that simulates a cenote.
The mix of materials from the region like mayan stone for exteriors and it ́s natural fiber walls, delimitate the relax areas that reproduce the nest of these birds.
